Garden care, properly planned
Maintenance
A well-kept garden is the result of the right work at the right time. FIELDWORK maintenance starts with understanding your garden, then sets a rhythm of visits that keeps it healthy and looking its best through every season.
How it works
1Garden assessmentWe walk the garden with you, note every plant, problem and priority, and talk about how you want the space to look and feel.
2ProposalWe recommend how often we visit and how long each visit takes, with a clear cost.
3Care planOnce you are on board, we write a care plan for your garden: what each plant needs, and when.
4Regular visitsTimed to the season, with the same gardener every time. Twice a year we review the plan together and adjust it.
What is included
- Pruning and shaping, timed to each plant
- Hedge and topiary clipping, including restoring overgrown forms
- Weeding, edging and mulching
- Integrated pest and disease management
- Feeding and soil care
- Lawn care where it is part of the garden
- Green waste removed
Pricing
Every garden is different, so we price after we have seen it. After the assessment you will receive a proposal setting out how often we visit, how long each visit takes and what it costs.
Sale preparation
Selling?
Buyers judge a property from the street and the listing photos before they set foot inside. We get the garden looking crisp, cared for and finished, in time for photography and the first open home.
- Hedges and shrubs clipped sharp
- Beds weeded, edged and freshly mulched
- Lawns mown and edged
- Overgrowth cut back from paths, windows and boundaries
- Tired or dead plants removed or replaced on request
- All green waste taken away
Timing. Book one to two weeks before photography. For longer campaigns, we can keep the garden in shape with visits through to sale.
For real estate agents. We work with agents to get gardens campaign-ready on short notice. Ask about a standing arrangement for your listings.
Pricing. Quoted per property, from a quick site visit or photos.
